BOX-OFFICE APPLICATION (WINDOWS) 

Brief: If ticket printing is required for on-site box-office, box-office application will be required to install on your POS terminal or device.

System Requirements:

- Minimum Windows 8 or above

- Support .NET Framework 4.5.2 

- Support Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 or above

- Internet Access

Instruction: 

- Install the application by opening the file "Total Ticketing Box Office Setup (v4.2.0-20221219).msi"

- Edit the file "config.json" in text editor, as located under "\Program Files (x86)\Total Ticketing Box Office\Total Ticketing Box Office\". *File path could be various based on the user's system preference/setting. Please check with your IT/Technical team for solution.

- Replace the value in the line "ENVIRONMENT_URLS": to the back-end portal URL of designated environment. ("https://www.totalticketing.com/" as the following example and attachment)
