  • All ticket data collection to be updated in back office & contact centre (based on permissions)
  • Enable the show attendance and occupancy email to be sent automatically on schedule to a nominated set of recipients.
  • Improve Show Occupancy Report to add Month Selector, and to enable scheduling of this report within the Report Scheduler
  • Removed some legacy and unusable fonts from the ticket templates

Bug Fixes:
In this release, we've addressed various issues and bugs to ensure the system's stability and reliability:
  • Fixed an issue in the event reminder scheduler which caused an error when the days before session field was not populated
  • Fixed some issues with the event ticket status on the event listing page (Coming Soon & Sold Out)
  • Fixed an issue where sometimes back office users were not directed to the correct screen on completion of held ticket purchase.
  • Fixed a bug in the English Custom Ticket Info placeholder for the purchase receipt email where it was showing both English and Simplified Chinese instead
